Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation (FTRDC) was incorporated in 2006 as a subsidiary of J. King & Sons Company, Inc. with core business in real estate on land development, building commercial and residential condominiums, shopping malls, adventure/leisure parks and leasing. It is Chairman, Engr. Richard King had that vision and acumen to conceptualize a lifestyle in a changing environment where he successfully transformed his idea by integrating it with real estate.
