LIST OF REQUIREMENTS IN SECURING BUILDING PERMITS

  • 2 photocopies of Transfer Certificate of Title (T.C.T)
  • 2 photocopies of Tax Declaration
  • 2 photocopies of Current Tax Receipt
  • 5 sets of plans signed and sealed by a duly licensed Architect or Civil Engineer/Master Electrician in case of Eletrical Plans. Sanitary Plans signed by a duly licensed Sanitary Engineer of Master Plumber
  • 5 sets of Specification signed and sealed by the Architect or Civil Engineer
  • 5 sets of Structural Design signed and sealed by the Architect or Civil Engineer
  • 1 Logbook
  • 5 sets of Structural Deisng signed and sealed by the Architect or Civil Engineer
  • Zoning Permit (to be secured from the office of the mayor for non-subdivision)
  • 10. Department of Environment and Natural Resources (Clearance)
  • 11. Barangay Clearance
  • 12. Photocopy of Professional Regulation License of I.D.
