• Lot Lease Alternative: 280 – 380 sqm land for build-to-suit.

• Lease Term: 5 – 10 Years.

• 2025 Rental Benchmarks:

  • BGC/Makati CBD: ₱1,500 – ₱2,500/sqm.

  • Ortigas/Manila: ₱800 – ₱1,200/sqm.
