Megacrown Realty & Development Corporation is engaged in real estate development business with the primary goal of providing a decent & low cost residential units that are affordable even to the low income earner. It's maiden development project is the Villa Azalea Subdivision located at Barangay Cotcot, Liloan, Cebu, Philippines, that is expected to provide Two Hundred (200) low cost residential housing units to the public. The company had already acquired 9 hectares of land primarily for development of affordable housing units and expected to expand after the completion of the mentioned development project.
