The company was founded and started by Mr. Francisco “Koy” Baltazar. After seeing the burgeoning construction boom near his family’s ancestral home in Malate Manila, he decided to take the plunge and became a builder.
Currently has built and still building properties in Manila, Boracay, Cebu and Siargao.
